A small but meaningful rebrand 💜

I’m so excited to share a new chapter for my business, featuring an updated logo inspired by my late grandmother—who loved purple hydrangeas. This change is incredibly special to me and feels like the perfect way to carry a piece of her into something I pour my heart into every day.

Along with this rebrand, I’ve *slightly* updated my pricing to better reflect the time, care, and detail I invest into every session. Each photo is thoughtfully edited until it feels like something I’m truly proud to deliver.

While I remain committed to quickly responding to messages at any time of day, I will be continuing with my current scheduling structure (announced recently)—booking sessions on either Saturdays or Sundays (not both), so I can intentionally set aside time for my own family.

Thank you for continuing to support me, my growth, and the passion behind what I do 💜

Whew 😅 2026 truly said “you wanted to do photography full time so HERE”…meanwhile I went and got a full time job cause 2025 was slackin’ 🤦🏽‍♀️ so here we are 8-5pm answering the phone at your local doctors office, then 6-11pm glued to the couch/computer!

With that said, my mama heart isn’t coping well with not being present with my babies during the week. Here lately, I’ve also had at least 2 sessions between Friday evening and Sunday evening. Sometimes three 🤯

Ultimately, or until the time comes where I feel like this could be a full time job by itself…I’ve decided that I will be reserving one day between Saturday & Sunday for family time. I always try my best to get clients scheduled in their requested timeframe but I also need to put my family first. Going forward, keep the inquiries coming but just be aware that if I have something Saturday, I won’t be working Sunday and vice-versa. Additionally, if I have a wedding Saturday, I won’t be doing sessions the next day in order to get sneak peeks out and rest! I truly hope everyone understands 🥹🫶🏻

Editing queue update:

Since my last update, sh*t has hit the fan yall 😬

The whole family has been sick, but of course not at the same time. Staggered, of course to really stretch out my sanity and how far one bottle of children’s Tylenol can go 🤪

So here’s the update:

I’m still relatively close to the 3-4 weeks TAT outside of one session that I’m currently working on (AH don’t kill me, girl 😭)

These daycare/school germs have had us DOWN BAD but hopefully we are on the up and up with a little antibiotics! MOM TO MOM, I know yall get it 😅

In the meantime, tip your photog enough for a stiff drink, cause lord knows I need it 🤣

I haven’t had the opportunity to tour many venues before wedding day so when I was invited to do exactly that at a very local venue to me, I JUMPED!!

I’m so glad I did because these have to be the sweetest, most selfless owners I’ve ever met! “This isn’t about the money, it’s about giving back to our community” 🥹 the same people who are strategizing the details of their leukemia & NICU awareness fundraisers over making a buck. I know as a bride, the tunnel vision can tend to be wedding day and only wedding day. Just perfecting every detail until that day. But if you are a bride still searching for your venue, invest in someone who’s going to give back. Someone’s who’s going to donate, volunteer, and support those who need it the most, even after your day is over!

✨update-ishhh✨

Unfortunately, my editing queue hasn’t changed much since the last update. Some of you may be aware if you’re on my personal page, but since my last post my family has had to accept and then process the loss of my sweet Nana. I’ve had to take a few mental health days to grieve or just spend time with my kids but I’m hoping to knock off 1-2 sessions between now and Sunday evening. I hope everyone who’s patiently awaiting their galleries understands or at least gives me a little bit of grace during this time!

Adding to the queue - beach session last Sunday, another one this Friday, and a mini session with tiny dancers this upcoming Sunday, as well. Saturday, I’ll be touring a brand new, local venue that I’m super excited about!
