Update:

If you’ve messaged me this week and I haven’t gotten back to you, I apologize! If you’re still waiting on a gallery, I also apologize for the delay.

I officially finished my last photography session of 2026 yesterday, and I finally feel like I can breathe again and focus on editing and delivering the remaining galleries.

With that being said, if you’ve reached out about booking a session, I will not be taking on any additional sessions until Spring 2027. As I mentioned a few months ago, I’m getting ready to head into maternity leave from my full-time job, and I’ve decided to take that time away from photography as well.

I need a break. And I’m finally giving myself one.

This has been my busiest year of photography yet, and I’m genuinely grateful for everyone who booked with me, supported me, and trusted me to capture their memories. I’ve had more sessions this year than ever before, and I absolutely love that.

For now, I’m looking forward to finishing up my galleries, slowing down, and enjoying this next chapter with my family.🤍

I love being able to give back and offer free photoshoot giveaways throughout the year, but unfortunately I’ve had an increasing number of giveaway winners either not respond, repeatedly say they can’t find time to schedule, or book a date and cancel last minute.
*while I understand that some people may generally not have the time right now, others are going around in circles with me.

These sessions may be free to the winner, but they still require my time for scheduling, shooting, editing, and holding a spot on my calendar. At this point, I feel like the generosity behind these giveaways is being taken advantage of.

If you currently have an unused free session from a 2025 or 2026 giveaway, you have 7 days from today to contact me and get it scheduled. After that, all outstanding 2025–2026 giveaway sessions will be forfeited.

I will be taking a break from giveaways and ALL photoshoots for the remainder of 2026 and starting fresh in 2027. Going forward, giveaway winners will be required to pay a small booking deposit to reserve their session. That deposit can either be refunded after the session, donated, or applied as a credit toward a future paid booking.

I genuinely enjoy doing giveaways and want to continue offering them; I just need to make sure my time and schedule are being respected too.🤍

Here’s a little sneak peek from yesterday of Olivia + Damien Upton’s beautiful day.💍

This was my first and last wedding of 2026, and it ended up being such a special one. I went into the day knowing absolutely no one; not even the bride or groom - but from the moment I arrived at the salon to take their “getting ready” photos, I felt so welcomed by everyone and comfortable the entire day. That meant so much to me.

So grateful I got to capture so many of these kids for homecoming this year 🤍
I’ve definitely noticed that more and more of my sessions lately have been with high schoolers, and honestly, I’m totally okay with that. I love getting to capture this stage of life — the dresses, the friendships, the couples, the big groups, all of it. These sessions are always such a fun change of pace for me 📸✨

One of my favorite things about photography is getting to photograph the same people more than once. I already knew these two were going to be easy to photograph, but this homecoming session turned out even better than I expected. We had the perfect backdrop for these photos, and she absolutely made the whole session effortless. I loved being able to capture the crown, the sash, and such a special accomplishment. I’m obsessed with how these turned out!
