Before the night ends, I’d like to wish my photography partner and friend one more “Sweet Birthday Baby!” Nothing like experiencing close death with a friend…and then finding out we could have died earlier if I hadn’t forgotten my last bag. We could have been hit head on near Keau’s if we hadn’t gone back, or right across Makaha Shores when we U-turned, or if we left 10 seconds earlier after we grabbed the waterhousing for this birthday shoot. Everything that transpired today reassured me that we are being looked after by a greater power and reminded me of how grateful I am to have you in my life. Thank you for being an amazing friend, business partner and (role)model. Today was a beautiful reminder of life and getting to live it with you!

It’s been a rough time for me, since losing my grandpa and then my 18 year old dog earlier this year. This Christmas will be the first without them, and I have to say it’s been hard.
