🎓✨ Graduation Session — UMD Class of 2024 ✨🎓

Throwing it back to this special graduation session for my niece as she celebrated her graduation from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2024 🤍

She was joined by two of her closest friends, and together they marked such an exciting milestone as they wrapped up college and stepped into the next chapter of life: adulthood. The friendship, laughter, and joy between these three made this session so fun to capture.

We spent time at both the beautiful UMD campus and Canal Park in Duluth — two perfect backdrops to reflect both their college memories and the excitement of what’s ahead. 🌊🎓

Still so proud of these graduates and everything they’ve accomplished—and even more excited for where life takes them next. 💛

These two made their graduation session so effortless, just laughing, enjoying the moment, and soaking in this huge milestone together. There’s something really special about capturing people right on the edge of such a big life change—the excitement, the pride, and all the “what’s next” energy ahead.

A little glimpse into one of the sweetest seasons 🩵

I had the joy of capturing a maternity session for my niece, who is glowing in every way as she prepares to welcome her baby boy in just a couple of weeks. It still feels a little surreal to say this out loud—I’m going to be a great aunt!

There’s something so special about watching someone you’ve known since they were little step into motherhood. The anticipation, the tenderness, the quiet moments of excitement… it all shows in every photo and every smile.

Baby boy, you are already so loved. I can’t wait to meet you and watch your story begin.

👩‍🎓 Lily - Class of 2026:

Taking Lily's senior photos at their family river cabin in Wisconsin couldn’t have been more special. Bonfires, fishing, paddling the river with some wild river-dam adventures (most of us survived!), and lots of laughter - made the weekend unforgettable! I was so honored to take her senior photos in a place that means so much to them. She’s an old soul—kind, thoughtful, and full of personality. And her facial expressions? The absolute best. River air, cozy nights, and such a meaningful way to capture this season. 🌲🔥🛶

TORI - CLASS OF 2026:

Quiet and gentle, yet fierce when it’s game time—Tori is the kind of young woman who lets her actions speak. She’s driven, knows what she wants, and still finds time to give so much of herself to others. Kind, smart, and beautiful inside and out, she’s a true role model for younger girls (including my own) who look up to her more than she realizes. I was so honored to take her senior sports photos and capture this special season. Watching her grow has been such a gift, and I couldn’t be more proud of the young woman she’s becoming.

It was so much fun being at US Bank Stadium photographing the 5th-8th grade boys playing on the BIG field! What an awesome experience for them! And, the energy - it was AMAZING!

🍂 Tyler’s Senior Session 🍂

I had such a nice time with Tyler during his quick fall senior session. We snuck out between sprinkles — and it couldn’t have worked out better. He’s so modest and easygoing, and the soft light made the photos feel calm and natural, just like him.
