Today is a big deal for me. Shoot #200. First ever shoot in NYC. Getting another chance to work with , which is such a great show.
Here's to another 200. Big thank you post later to everyone who has helped me get to this point.

5 Years Ago Yesterday, JSP shot it's first show; "A Simple Romance" at Little Theatre of Virginia Beach. It was a chance I took and LTVB took with me, and it has paid off immensely. Now, JSP has shot 185 shows across well over a dozen theatres, and enters the 26-27 season with four season contracts, as well as several more freelance theatre gigs. I could not be more grateful for every show and theatre I've had the honor to shoot for. Being able to document the art these theatres create is an absolute joy and a dream come true.

Two years after shooting Anastasia at VWU on a last minute booking (that has since turned into a wonderful partnership with Wesleyan), I was given an opportunity to take a swing at Anastasia again, and what a joy it was. VMT's production was absolutely gorgeous and was such a fun challenge!

Been a REALLY hard start to 2026 for me, but getting to spend time just having fun and creating with the incomparable Brianna-Lynn Baker a few days ago was a step forward.
Thank you to the absolutely lovely Virginia Photos and Films for allowing us to rent your space. Fantastic studio that I'm going to be returning to, time and time again.
