Under-the-Wire Fly-in

This fly-in event has been going on for the past 22 years by Robbie Vajdos at his Flying V Airstrip in Louise, Texas. This was my first time to go there and I will definitely make it again. It was pretty neat to be able to see all of the different types of planes that go there and all of the really close fly-by's!

Mike Hessong and I went out last night to try and capture some photos of the Perseid Meteor Shower. They were predicting to see 150-200 meteors per hour at peak time. We never saw the amount of meteors they were predicting but it was fun and took a lot of photos.
