It was such a blessing and honor to capture this beautiful breastfeeding journey for a precious mother and her little one. Having nursed my own children, I know firsthand how sacred these quiet moments can be; the comfort, the connection, and the love shared between a mother and her baby.
Watching and documenting this bond reminded me of the incredible way God designed motherhood. There is something so tender and beautiful about being a source of nourishment, comfort, and security for a child. These fleeting seasons pass so quickly, and I am grateful to preserve memories of the gentle love, trust, and grace that fill them.
What a gift from the Lord it is to witness such a sweet reflection of His nurturing love through the bond between mother and child.

I’m a mama, a follower of Jesus, and a lover of all things old-fashioned, slow mornings, worn wood, front porch kind of living. You’ll usually find me somewhere between homestead life and a little cowgirl at heart.

What started as a cloudy evening (and a little later than we planned) turned into something so special. The skies may not have given us golden hour, but the love this family carries? That lit everything up anyway.
The Lee’s are the kind of people you’re just grateful to know, genuine, warm, and full of the sweetest energy. Getting to capture their connection, their laughter, and those quiet in-between moments reminded me exactly why I love what I do.
