When you slow down enough to really look, you remember —
your body belongs here. Your creativity belongs here.

At the Letting Go Retreat in Costa Rica this November, we use nature as both mirror and teacher.
We create from it. We sit with it. We let it reshape how we see ourselves.

Art becomes less about “making something” and more about remembering something.
