ens I photograph to feel powerful, confident and radiant. I am in awe of raw emotions and bringing joy to someone's face. It is also a big goal of mine to capture issues / empowerment and excellence inside the Black community as well as Woman related issues. These are important topics for me, especially being a Black woman. Due to my experience with being Black as well as being a Woman, I feel obligated to make women feel beautiful for every single time I didn’t while maneuvering through this tough, critical, and cruel society. With today's insane beauty standards for both men and women, I think It’s important that anyone and everyone feels comfortable inside their own skin.
