Every now and then, we have a very special dog that we hope to keep as part of our breeding program while allowing them to enjoy the life they deserve — as a cherished family companion. Because of this, we are searching for just the right Guardian Home for one of our beautiful girls.
A Guardian Home is a unique opportunity to welcome an exceptional puppy or dog into your family at no cost while partnering with us for a limited period of time.
✨ How It Works
🤍 She lives with you as your beloved family dog.
🏡 She enjoys everyday life with your family, sleeps indoors, goes on adventures, and is loved as your own.
🐾 During breeding and when it’s time to welcome puppies, she returns to us here at Smart Pomskies and Frenchies.
🤍 Once her breeding career is complete, full ownership is transferred to you, and she is yours forever.
✨ What We’re Looking For
• A loving, committed family within a reasonable driving distance of Rathdrum, Idaho (up to approximately 3 hours preferred).
• A securely fenced yard.
• Any resident dogs should be spayed or neutered.
• A willingness to maintain open communication and work together as partners.
• A home where she will be treasured as a family member and receive proper nutrition, veterinary care, exercise, and plenty of love.

• A beautiful, carefully selected, health-tested dog from our program.
• Coverage of all breeding-related expenses.
• Guidance and support throughout the entire process.
• The opportunity to become part of our extended Smart Pomskies and Frenchies family.
Our dogs are raised in our home on our small farm in North Idaho, surrounded by family, children, love, and daily enrichment. Guardian Homes are incredibly important to us because they allow our dogs to live full family lives while remaining a valued part of our program.
We are not simply looking for homes — we are looking for wonderful families to become part of our journey.
