This beautiful, confident, and genuine senior is the reason I received the First Place – High School Senior Girl Image Panel Award, from the Professional Photographers of Iowa. and I’m incredibly grateful for the honor.
But truly, this session was all Addi, effortless, confident, and so much fun to photograph. From the moment we started, she was completely natural in front of the camera: relaxed, authentic, and fully herself. She made my job easy and reminded me exactly why I love what I do.
We explored amazing locations and created something that reflects exactly who she is — beautiful inside and out. Sessions like this are never just about photos; they’re about the experience, the connection, and capturing a season of life in a real and meaningful way.

Some moments feel perfectly timed, and this was one of them. Photographing these two beautiful families each preparing to welcome their first child, and together giving their parents their first grandchildren was truly meaningful. The quiet joy, the connection, and the love already surrounding these little ones made this session unforgettable. A heartfelt celebration of family, legacy, and the new beginnings on the way.

Had the sweetest newborn session with baby Tobias this past weekend! He was an absolute angel, and his parents are just the kindest, most loving people. Sessions like these remind me how truly blessed I am to do the work I love—capturing moments that mean the world to families. 🩵💙🩵

Just a few weeks ago, I had the most amazing trip to Texas to take senior pictures—and it was extra special because I got to spend time with one of my dearest, lifelong friends, ! Her beautiful daughter Hylee is graduating high school this year with honors and at the top of her class! 🎓💫 I couldn’t be more proud of both of them—they are truly some of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I’ve ever known. 🥰❤️

We had such a blast running around Waco, soaking up all the fun, including a visit to Chip and Joanna Gaines’ Magnolia and other great spots! 🌸✨ Hylee, you are a radiant soul—inside and out—and I just know your future is going to be incredible. I feel so lucky to be part of your journey and can’t wait to see what comes next. Congratulations, beautiful girl! 😍🎉
