As Kansas City gears up tonight to welcome the world for the FIFA World Cup, I’ve been exploring new ways to tell visual stories that go beyond traditional photography.
I was commissioned to photograph a project at KC Current CPKC Current Stadium, capturing the energy and architecture of one of the most exciting venues in women’s professional sports. But the story didn’t just end with the photographs I created. Using AI-powered animation tools, I transformed my original still images into a cinematic promotional video bringing the scene to life with animated crowds entering the stadium, a virtual drone flight soaring high above the venue at sunset, and a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Kansas City skyline.
