The first half of this year has been jam packed with photo and video projects for so many people and new local businesses! We’re off to the best start ever on all that. We decided to take a much needed vacation to Orlando to refresh a bit.

While there we visited Peppa Pig Land and Legoland and Icon Park. Kids loved all of it! While there we stayed at this Embassy Suites right near Disney World. Pretty decent hotel that included breakfast and afternoon snacks which was a hit with the kiddos. Used Hilton points to get 5 days and 4 nights free which was a huge blessing! The pool was by far the best part with all the kids making friends and swimming until 9PM or later every night. Definitely a convenient and nice location to stay at for a trip like this.

Now it’s back to reality as a busy season of wedding videos is kicking off!

We took Amelia out to a lavender patch last week so I could work with the Nikon 105 1.4. It didn’t disappoint! Amelia was a trooper with all the bees and ants around.

Doing maternity photos near Panama City Beach at St. Andrews State Park! We saw these cool trees and I had her climb her up there. Lit with 2 Godox TT600's on Manfrotto Nanostands with Magspheres.

This was a while back and espcecially challenging beacuse the bug level was extreme. Plus ants everywhere, but she was a trooper and we got some great shots! Right around midday no less.

Early morning balloons!

We had some brave pilots and crew this morning flying over the TN river as storms from the South head North. By the time I was able to get parked and get out of my car, they were already past the river bridge, which would have been really neat to capture! Looks like they landed over by Calhoun/GM plant maybe.
