Getting a listing ready before the photographer arrives makes a bigger difference than most people think.
One of the most common things we see is items still being moved around during the shoot. Totally understandable—but it slows things down and can throw off the flow of how we capture the home.
We shoot in a specific sequence to stay efficient and make sure nothing gets missed. When rooms aren’t fully ready, there’s a higher chance of needing to backtrack—or worse, missing a key shot.
The best results always come from homes that are fully prepped before we walk in.
Simple things that go a long way:
• Declutter surfaces
• Finalize furniture placement
• Lights on, blinds adjusted
• Personal items minimized
