In today’s world, protecting children’s privacy has become more important than ever.

Out of an abundance of caution, I have made the decision to remove all photographs of babies and children from the MagdaLen’s Photography website & social media pages. This is not in response to any specific incident, only a proactive step to protect the children & families who have trusted me with their most precious memories. Your private galleries and photographs will remain available according to my normal gallery-retention policies. This change only applies to images displayed publicly for marketing and portfolio purposes. I am incredibly proud of the beautiful moments I have captured over the years, and I’m endlessly grateful to every parent who has allowed me to share them. However, as technology and the online world continue to change, I believe the safety and privacy of every child must come before showcasing my work.

Please allow me some time for this cleanup. & Moving forward, I will continue photographing children and families with the same love and care, but those memories will belong where they matter most, with you and you only 🤍

Dozens of puppies went up, up, and away to their new homes thanks to a program at the Mobile SPCA. The flght was dedicated to former Mobile SPCA Executive Director, Janine Woods.

One of the sweetest parts of being a photographer is getting to document the biggest chapters in people’s lives, but it means even more when the person in front of my camera is one of my own good friends! I’ve had the honor of capturing her pregnancy & also stand with her on her wedding day, camera in hand 🥹

Getting to watch your friends’ lives change, grow, and become everything they’ve dreamed of, and getting to preserve a little piece of it along the way, is something I’ll never take for granted.
