SB photos was given the opportunity once again to take basketball photos for the Swanzey Recreation teams! 🏀 ❤️
I love this day every year! I have the luxury of getting to see these kids start out and make TREMENDOUS progress over the course of the season! Being a coach for some of these kids is one of the coolest opportunities I’ve been given!
At the beginning of the season, practices and first games sometimes ended with heads down and defeated faces. By the end of the season the same defeated faces change into smiles of achievement and love for the sport! Seeing these kids light up when they progress and make that basket or complete that play is just PRICELESS! Those hard times are now a distant memory and the confidence just exudes! I’m sad to report this is my kiddos last year of rec sports 😭
It’s been an amazing 5 years coaching basketball and soccer for some of these kiddos and their siblings! We will miss this crew for sure! Thank you for an amazing experience each and every year! You all are ALL STARS in my book! 🌟🫶
