I don’t post about it much on here, but just a reminder that I provide FREE infant bereavement sessions in Northeast Kansas. These sessions are specifically for families experiencing the loss of a baby before, during, or after birth and do not cost the family a dime. It is truly my honor to be invited into those labor rooms. Both hospitals in Topeka have my contact information for families experiencing a loss, but families are also welcome to contact me directly as well.
Because I do not take payment for these sessions, I do often have families and community members ask if they can donate to make sure I have the supplies I need to continue to make these loss sessions happen. I never EVER expect this, but if anyone feels moved to help support the families I serve free of charge, my business Venmo is .
Each session through my infant bereavement photography sessions, This Little Light, is done by myself or a trusted photographer on my team (I am always looking for more, if you’re a photographer who is interested!) and provides heirloom quality digital images delivered within 48 hours to the family’s email. These sessions, unlike those taken by a member of a popular larger bereavement photographers organization, are offered in both black & white AND full color galleries.
So I honestly hope no one reading this ever needs me for this service. But if you do? Rest assured we’re going to get some images of your little one that you can cherish forever.
