Lance & Korie🕊️ — the sweetest golden hour session last summer! The love between these two glowed just as sweetly as the perfect sunset we had. 🤍 Our session was also full of great conversation, and I LOVE when I can connect with clients and have fun not only capturing a special time in their life but just getting to know them. 🥹 These two are the sweetest!

Here I go again slacking on my posts! I literally have dozens of sessions and weddings lined up to post, but I always get overwhelmed picking out photos! 🤭 My goal is to post every day for week! Let’s see how this goes. Just wanted to start out with this beautiful, sweet couple and their engagement session. I’m working on their wedding right now, and I wanted them to have a permanent spot on my feed before the wedding is posted! 🫶🏼

Sometimes I think I avoid posting because I’m so overwhelmed with the choices. How do I pick a small amount of beautiful photos of beautiful people in beautiful places celebrating their most beautiful moments? This is one of those examples. I delivered 1573 images, and I can only share 40?! The Monebrake Wedding in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely unforgettable. Clayton and Sophia are such sweethearts. Their family and friends were so fun and helpful. And these views?! Absolutely breathtaking. I would shoot here again and again. Call me! 🤙🏼

My beautiful niece and her sweet husband! 🤎
I took these photos back in March. Baby Hoyt is here now, but I get so emotional looking at these photos. 🥲

For years, they held onto hope, whispered countless prayers, and trusted in the promise even when they couldn’t see the way forward. Like Hannah, Natalie poured out her heart before the Lord, believing that He hears, He sees, and He remembers.

Through seasons of waiting, tears, and unwavering faith, God has shown Himself faithful. Today, our family rejoices with them—not just in the blessing of Baby Hoyt, but in the One who never left their side. This ✨miracle✨ is a testament to His perfect timing and unending love. 🙏🏼🙌🏼

To every heart still waiting: The God who answered Dylan and Natalie’s prayers is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He truly makes all things beautiful—in His time.

It’s wedding day for these two, and I know they’re on CLOUD 9! I can’t believe it’s finally here—time has literally FLEW by. ✈️☁️ Okay, enough with the puns. Guys… Working with these two is an actual dream. I feel like each session I’ve had with them has had some sort of obstacle—from sweat dripping off our bodies to pouring rain and treading through mud to freezing cold temperatures and chattering teeth. Today, we may face some rain and wind, but absolutely nothing ever stops their love and joy for each other and the true purpose of what we are doing—capturing their love story through the good and bad, the sunshine and rain… 🤍

It’s been such an honor to be a part of their wedding year. I’m kind of sad now because I’m going to have Ethan and Allie photoshoot withdrawals. BUT LET’S GET YOU TWO MARRIED!!! The sky’s the limit for y’all because you’re just plane amazing. Okay sorry—those were the last two puns. 🫶🏼

✨Diamond ✨
This girl truly lives up to her name. She is precious, beautiful, and strong, and she leaves shimmer and brightness wherever she goes. It was an honor to take her photos last spring. This session is so special to me because Diamond was not only a student of mine but a student teacher of mine as well. She has always brought sunshine to my bad mornings and exemplified everything a good human being should be. She’s bright, happy, faithful kind, loving, and thoughtful—and I wanted her photos to reflect just that. 🌷☀️💜

It was so fun planning this session with her. We incorporated her favorite colors, her favorite flowers, and meaningful items including her Bible and favorite scripture. I have included 42 photos (out of 227) on this post—leaving out so many favorites… Picking photos for Instagram is so overwhelming! 🤭
