Jenna Knott Photography lifestyle, portrait & wedding photographer based in Toledo, Ohio [travel is always welcomed and encouraged]. Hi there! I'm Jenna. My family & I are inseparable.

services include: portraits, couples, engagements, families, elopements & weddings. I'm a portrait, lifestyle & wedding photographer based out of Toledo, Ohio [travel is always welcomed AND encouraged]. I'm a dog mom to my fur baby & favorite rescue, Harley. I'm a lover of cheap wine, my amazing friends & a good craft beer. I find brutal honesty refreshing & love pretty much everything creative. I

'm positive I was meant to live in the pacific northwest, but have yet to take that leap of faith. I think a moment is only awkward if you make it awkward & I'm all about capturing the natural, candid moments of life. If you're down to hike a mountain, ride a four-wheeler, skydive, ski or get a little mud on your bare feet, then we're going to get along just fine. I'm a cautious risk taker that makes impulsive decisions based on how I feel in that moment. An example? Booking a trip to Olympic National Park in June for a week-long photography workshop in the mountains with a bunch of strangers. Oh, and my best friend and I are road tripping out to Washington state -- because, why not? When I was 21 I picked up my first DSLR & I never looked back. Since then, I've developed a love for capturing & preserving moments in time. I'm endlessly happy to have turned my love for photographs into working with others for a living. I aspire to create photos that are unique & form a visual bookmark for a certain timeframe in others' lives. I adore capturing people's essences & allowing them to shine through the photograph -- nothing is more gratifying to me than making a clients-turned-friends feel radiant. I'd absolutely love to photograph you! Please don't be shy about contacting me; let's get to know one another over a cup of coffee sometime & chat about your vision. I can't wait to set up our next adventure and create something wonderful together.

Noa Juliette born 6/17šŸ¤

Our girl is officially one month old today and these are her ā€œnewbornā€ photos 4 weeks latešŸ˜…

Noa was named after the woman Noa in the Old Testament, and Juliette is in honor of both of our moms, who are named Julie.

She has been the sweetest addition to our family and is perfectly content as long as she’s never put down. Her birth was such a redemptive experience for me (and sooo quick, thank the Lord) and I’m really enjoying the newborn experience this time around. Big brother is absolutely obsessed with her. We are so lucky to be her parents!

I wish the weight I carried was ordinary—the small, forgettable worries that fill a normal day. I ache for inconveniences. For cluttered floors and noise and mess. For little feet racing through the house, screaming with joy. I’d give anything to hear it without pressing my palms to my ears, without wincing through the pain.

I would clean every corner of this house with gratitude. I’d pull my child close and breathe them in. I’d move my body freely. I would never take for granted the miracle of growing a healthy baby. I’d lift my face to the sky and sing as loud as I could. I’d run a marathon. I’d sweat through hot Pilates. I’d roll in cold snow and sink into a steaming hot tub—without my head pounding, without pain stealing the moment.

I long for normal. For the everyday ā€œproblemsā€ people complain about and move past. I would welcome them all and never speak a word of complaint again. I would be endlessly grateful just to live without chronic pain.

But that isn’t my reality. And I don’t know if it ever will be.
