You, the client contacts us, we discuss the services needed, after which AEP will then submit a proposal document to you in person or by email. Once you make the decision to hire AEP, a contract is presented, agreed upon, and signed by you(client) and AEP. At that time, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required and the remainder of the balance is due in CASH on the day of the event. It is stated at the bottom of the contract that depending on the length, and the type of Production that is performed to allow 6-9 weeks for the completion of the Final Product/Production, considering that NO unforeseen circumstances occur (i.e., an act of God; tornado, severe rain/snow storm, power outages, or an accident which may cause hospitalization, or death to any of our staff).
