3rd time. Twin Lakes, St. Ignatius, Montana.

Still working on "Second Twin Lakes." I wasn't happy with the first, so I simplified it. Used different brushes and Arches paper.

Still not convinced. I might be working on this painting for a while.

It is called "Second Twin Lakes," because Twin Lakes references two lakes that are side by side in the Mission Mountain Range. It was a preferred family picnic spot when I was young.

Both lakes look alike, and I never know which lake that I'm at.
