What a deeply moving opportunity it was to be present at yesterday’s child abuse awareness gathering. The Taos Pueblo Governor and Town Taos Mayor came together for a cause that is too often overlooked and left unspoken. The experience brought both new understanding and tears to my eyes.
My hope is that this moment continues to inspire our community to stand together, speak openly, and do all we can to protect and support our children.
