An eye for detail and a vibrant passion for color is the hallmark of Karl’s work. Precious sights are fleeting and so often lost before they can be appreciated. By his photography, Karl captures moments of wonder allowing them to be seen, reflected upon and hopefully cherished. Karl resides in Tampa Florida in his modestly comfortable home on the pond. He is the proud father of two very independen

t and good human beings whom he treasures spending time with. In addition to photography, Karl is an avid kayaker & mountain biker often leading groups of 20 or more on excursions. He reads voluminously of mysteries and science fiction with Rex Stout, Agatha Christy, Arthur C Clark and E. E. Doc Smith among his favorite authors. Writing poetry (not particularly classically) and playing his beloved guitars (not particularly skillfully) are other avid pastimes.
