We really enjoyed our time at .family last weekend! Yes, we walked away with a couple awards, but we also are really thankful for the knowledge that we gained and the relationships that we made. Here’s to 🙌🏼

Lamppost Cinema won a couple more Angel Awards this year!

We were nominated in the Music Video and Most Inspirational Short Film categories and walked away with both the Audience Choice for Music Video and Best Music Video Angel Awards! also won Best Performing Artist for the song.

Five years ago today, Lamppost Cinema was created.

And while our clients have been a huge part of our story and our success, today we want to celebrate the crew behind Lamppost Cinema.

We started as four friends who had a passion for cinematically telling stories, and we turned that into a company. Here we are, five years later, with those same four friends. The consistency and dedication of each founding member is admirable!

While talent and hard work are certainly impressive, the most important key to our success has been our friendship. It’s been an honor to create alongside friends for all these years!

We have an announcement… 🥁
A Celebration of Beginnings, the short documentary film that we made in collaboration with A Women’s Pregnancy Center, has been selected in the International Christian Film Festival and nominated in the Most Inspirational Short Film Category!

This film is a beautiful story of individuals across generations all following God’s heart and allowing Him to weave their lives into a greater story. And now, forty years later, we get to celebrate how God has used that to create new beginnings for families.

Allow us to reintroduce ourselves… If you’re new here this year, we’re Lamppost Cinema!

We are four videographers/photographers who have a love for cinematic storytelling. The four of us met in college working on a group project for one of our film classes (shoutout to for being such a cool professor). Years later, we still liked working together so we started this little video + photo production company and have grown it to what it is today!
