As I put homemade chocolate chip cookies into the oven I thought about how I'd get on here and post "10 minutes for homemade cookies?! Why don't I do this more often?" Then I got the cookies out of the oven and realized why I don't - that 1/2 cup of flour I forgot really makes a difference. .
