Arctic Blast and Heavy Snowfall reporting for the East this weekend has us thinking of the Lupine blooms in June here in New Hampshire.
In New Hampshire the Lupine capital of the state is Sugar Hill in the Western White Mountains.
They are apart of the Legumes family and a special bacteria apart of their roots converts nitrogen in the atmosphere into a usable form to enrich the soil for other plants.
With their vibrant bloom, bees, butterflies and hummingbird love Lupines for pollination.
Don’t forget to smell the flowers this spring but enjoy where you’re at right now.
