🤎 Upcoming Fall + Christmas Minis 🤎

I wanted to take a moment to be completely transparent with you all as we head into my favorite time of year!

As much as I would LOVE to keep my mini sessions as affordable as possible, when the venues and locations I rent increase their pricing, unfortunately, my pricing has to adjust with it.
This past year, I made the decision not to raise my mini prices because I truly wanted to continue offering an option for families who may not be able to fit a full session into their budget. And honestly, deciding whether or not to make this change has been a real battle with myself because I never want photography to feel out of reach. Moving forward, mini session pricing will fluctuate depending on the location, venue, and setup. Some sets require more to rent than others, so I want to be transparent about why you'll see different pricing throughout the season.
I also want you to know that payment plans will be available leading up to your session date if needed. If a mini is something you'd really love to book but paying it all at once is difficult, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am always happy to work with you when I can. 🫶🏼 To every past client, returning family, and new client who has chosen to squeeze little ole me into your budget....THANK YOU! Truly. Your support means more to me than I could ever put into words. Every booking, referral, share, kind message, and family who trusts me to document their memories is a huge part of why I get to keep doing what I love, I don't ever take it for granted.

Thank you for allowing me to photograph your babies, your growing families, your love, your traditions, and all of these fleeting seasons of life.

Ashley, her husband, their sweet little girl, and their pup recently moved to Virginia and bought their own home. 🏡I absolutely adored Ashley’s idea of a front porch session, and wow… the vision came to life the moment I arrived. Getting to document your family right where you feel most comfortable is my favorite way to get creative. As a lifestyle photographer, these are the moments I adore most. I normally don’t share editing updates, because I always want to keep some things behind the scenes, and to simply deliver your galleries when they’re ready. But life has been a little extra busy over here lately, so I wanted to take a moment to explain where things are at and thank you for the extra patience and grace you have all shown me. Below is the order in which you can expect to receive your full galleries!

Right now, we’re still uncertain about my husband’s potential orders overseas. We’ve also been navigating quite a bit of medical stuff for both of us and my husband’s physical therapy appointments. Especially as he continues working to regain strength in his knee after his fracture. He has recently started incorporating weight training into his recovery, which is a really encouraging step forward for him. With all of that being said, if his injury has fully recovered by x date, and medical gives an okay to his current orders for his injury that would be an answered prayer and he is able to move forward with transfer orders. BUT… ugh there’s always one… there is a possibility that we could receive new orders based on the needs of the Navy if he’s not accepted due to his knee not being fully ready. Unfortunately, that is something we wouldn’t have much say in.

Because of that uncertainty, I’ve made the decision not to accept any new bookings past December until we have more clarity on what the next few months will look like for our family. I’m continuing to pour my heart into every session and every gallery, and I’m so incredibly grateful for each of you who trusts me to document your family and your memories!! A million thank you’s to you for making my dream job (since 4 years old) a full time gig. Thank you again for being patient with me during our season of life that looks a little different than we expected.

For now, we’re going to keep praying, hold onto faith, and trust that whatever happens, there is a reason for it. If we’re called to move, we’ll take it one step at a time and hope for the very best outcome. Thank you for continuing to support Gottleber Photo and for giving me the grace to be your photographer, a wife & mother navigating a lot behind the scenes.

Now, just imagine how our evening went with four boys... 😂 There was plenty of bribery, bargaining, and negotiating between Mom and Dad to keep everyone smiling. (Just wait until you see the last photo for proof!) But honestly? They absolutely rocked it.
Taryn sent me a photo from the last time they had family pictures taken, and y’all... those boys were still babies and little ones. Seeing how much they’ve grown made this session even more meaningful. Updating your family photos isn’t just about getting a new picture for the wall, it’s about preserving this season before it slips away. Their sweet mama was very much wanting just that! I was so excited when she reached out because, let’s be honest, choosing the right photographer for your family is a big decision. You should absolutely be picky. As a fellow military family, I knew exactly the kind of story I wanted to help tell, especially with Dad recently just returning home from overseas. Capturing the love, the chaos, the laughter, and the connection after time apart is something that means so much to me!
