Idk about yall but this summer has been busier than ever. I miss the days when my kiddos were tiny (like this cutie) and we had time to slow down. Nowadays we are running around to all the activities and errands it’s hard to connect.

Photo sessions really give you that opportunity to press pause. Sit with your family, sit with your feelings. Be connected and together. Yes it’s β€œscheduled” time together but in the busy worlds we live in that’s still sacred time to me.
