Kelsi's first senior session was every bit as sweet as an old country song - a flowing white dress on a tree swing, worn pages from favorite books, an old teddy bear full of stories and handwritten family recipes all mixed together to create a nostalgic vibe. Every detail was perfect. She had even burned in the lettering on her hat to preserve important lyrics for her life. 👒🎼 And then there were the Monopoly pieces...a playful nod shifting from her sweet nature to her more competitive side. Rumor has it she's burned a few family bridges over game night victories. Beyond all of the whimsical details, what stood out was Kelsi herself. She carries herself with grace, poise and determination. She plans to become a nurse one day and after spending some time with her, I have no doubt she'll make an incredible one. I can't wait to photographer her again in the fall when we will feature her love of all things horses. 🐴

Photo session perks: The Minikey family knows how to treat a lady; the night ended with me getting chocolate and flowers (the chocolate was from Kelsi's dad's recent trip from Japan and the flowers came from her mom as a leftover prop). So sweet!!!

I cannot wait to share photos of their lovely daughter soon to repay them for their kindness.

Caps flying, champagne popping, and my camera clicking!🎓✨

I had the absolute honor of spending an evening on MSU's campus with two incredible young women celebrating not just one, but two major milestones—one wrapping up her master’s, the other her undergrad. As roommates and best friends, their excitement for each other was just as beautiful as their own achievements.

Campus was buzzing with energy as many other grads were taking their photos that night too. And yes… we waited a full hour for that perfect shot by the iconic Sparty statue, because some memories are just worth it.

From popping champagne to capturing quiet, proud moments in between, this session was filled with so much heart. The kind of day that reminds you how meaningful these seasons of life really are.

Here’s to hard work, deep friendship, and the next adventure waiting just around the corner. Congrats Bronte and Ella 💛

For her final senior photo session, Lilly stepped into the frosty woods ready to give main character energy.💥 She wore a stunningly ethereal dress for the softer images, then switched to a cozy sweater for the playful snowy shots.
Whatever she was wears, Lilly serves an unmatched grace in front of the camera. Thank you for a final winter session to remember. 🫶❄️

It's been a long time since I've shared any photos that weren't from high school senior sessions or ballet, but every now and then I love steeping into a different chapter of someone's story. ✨
It was such an honor to photograph Rachael - someone I remember from high school as a brave, friendly girl, always full of life. Now, she's growing a brand new life, and capturing this time for her was really special.
For many of the photos Rachael was wrapped in a flowing green dress, standing (bravely) by a cold snowy river as sunshine burst through the tress - pure photo magic!
I also got to meet her first born who is the sweetest little girl with bright and curious eyes. I look forward to capturing their next important milestones. 💚

Wow. Just wow. ✨
The strength, beauty and courage of young ballerina and gymnast Evelyn Helder blew me away this morning. She is so sweet and so brave, taking on these poses with little notice and yet with so much confidence. It was truly a privilege to work with such incredible young talent. 🩰👇💪

👑🔥Queen of the Court.

Kenzie Rockafellow showed up to her gym photo session ready for volleyball glam. She was rocking that black ball gown, draped with a flowing net as if it was a royal robe, and brave, hot-pink heels. The goal was to transform her into a fierce queen of the sport she loves - volleyball. 🏐 She absolutely owned every shot and my vison for her was easily brought to life.
