There’s something so special about stepping into a space where a mother feels safe, supported, and empowered to bring her baby into the world in her own way. This experience was truly incredible—raw, peaceful, powerful, and full of so much love.

Happy World Doula Day. 🤍

It feels so fitting… because today I took a really big step in my own journey as a postpartum doula.

I had the honor of being a vendor at the .and.bumps Babies & Bumps event, and it was more than just setting up a table — it was stepping into the next level of my business. I got to connect with so many incredible motherhood-centered businesses, network with other passionate women, and most importantly, meet expecting mamas from all over our community.

Getting to share my heart, my services, and my passion for supporting women in the postpartum season meant so much to me. These conversations reminded me exactly why I do this.

Because postpartum support is not a luxury — it’s something every mother deserves.

I am so deeply passionate about spreading the word, educating families, and making sure more mamas know they don’t have to walk those early days alone.

Today was a big step forward… and I’m just getting started 🤍

That’s why I’m so excited to be a vendor at the upcoming .and.bumps Expo — an event created to connect families with incredible local resources for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.

To celebrate the event, I’m hosting a ticket giveaway for a couple of Moms in this community who would love to attend.

I shifted gears for this one.

Traded soft nurseries and expecting mamas for romance in the city.

We met at Union Station, wandered through the beautiful architecture and these two never stopped smiling at one another. They way that looked at each other made this session feel effortless.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph this beautiful young woman's wedding this fall. I photographed her older sister's wedding years ago and now I get to be a part of this sister’s big day!
