One of the most stressful, yet rewarding, parts of my job as a photographer is shooting proposals. I had the opportunity to shoot Courtney & Nathan's proposal this past week right outside of Boone, NC.

The location was incredible and the details couldn't have gone more perfectly to plan. Congrats you two!

Interested in being an intern for Zack Hamby Photography?

I have worked with some incredible people over the past couple of years (**see more about them at the end of this post) and I am looking forward to the future! I am in need a of a new intern for this upcoming year.

What is needed:
-A passion for photography and signs of a "natural eye" for taking pictures
-Creativity
-A strong work ethic and determination
-Good organizational skills

You do not necessarily need your own personal equipment or any professional experience and both guys and girls may apply.

**I am incredibly grateful for the people that have helped me to get to where I am today. Carly was a major part of the beginning stages of ZHP. She constantly challenged and encouraged me to work at my full potential. Whitney was my first intern and helped to keep me organized and keep my head on straight when business was really starting to pick up. Blythe has interned with me over the past year and has been a tremendous help to just about every part of the photography business. I could not have gotten nearly as much done without her this past year!

These three individuals have given so much to me and have taught me so much- not only about owning a business, but also about life. I look forward to what the future holds with a new intern!

I had the pleasure of taking a few pictures of some dear friends of mine for their 2 year anniversary. We only had a limited time that we could do these pictures- actually from start to finish it was only 17 minutes! I had a blast and enjoyed photographing these two. You can easily see how much they love each other. I am blessed by their friendship!
