Meet Mack, the sweet Boston Terrier who changed the way I look at my job. 🐾 📸

In 2022 I shot an emergency end-of-life session for Mack’s family. Looking through his images later, it hit me hard: digital files aren’t enough when it comes to the pieces of our hearts we have to let go of. 💔

Mack was the ultimate inspiration behind creating my physical signature albums. I wanted to put all those raw, beautiful moments together into something tangible that families could hold onto forever.

Because when the photos are all you have left, they deserve to be held. ✨

Behind the Lens: A Day at Kelli’s Body Shop 🏋️‍♀️✨

If you’ve been looking for a gym but hate that intimidating, crowded corporate vibe, you need to see what’s happening behind the doors of Kelli's Body Shop.

Danielle at Digital Marketing connected me to Kelli McCall, and I'm so glad she did. Danielle is another wonderful Springboro Chamber of Commerce connection—I did her branding photos a while back, and she passed my name along. 🤝
After nearly 20 years behind the lens, I had actually never shot fitness photos before! I jumped at the chance to try something new and capture the down-to-earth heart of this family-owned neighborhood gym that Kelli runs alongside her daughter, Rylie. 📸

To keep things completely authentic to their space, I skipped the heavy studio strobes and just used natural light with a little bounce flash instead. What we caught on camera says so much about who Kelli is, why her tight-knit community is so loyal, and what makes her one of the strongest women around.
