The windy, color-filled, cloudy and magical days of cooler weather are on their way, even if we can't feel it yet. There's excitement but there's also a sense of holding on to what this moment has for me. Trying not to miss it or whisk it away for another time. I’ve got this weird way of reminiscing and pulling out the photo albums a lot these. Call me nostalgic, call it dusty thinking, call it whatever you want. But I kinda think its the point of photos right? Being a wedding photographer and filmmaker, I too, look at my past weddings and then I fall in love with the “why”.

I love it SO much that I'm doing something I've never done before. Most business owners would call me stupid, for offering it. But I see my couples out there looking for a way to make it work. It’s hard out there as a business owner AND as a newly engaged couple.

They will never be this small again. We will never be this young again. The season will never quite feel like it does right now. The point isn’t to make you sad or regretful. It’s to wake you up and remind you how important right now is. Today, there is something beautiful to find. It’s not for nothing. These are the days we were meant to be here for. Delivering a final piece to this family today and I can wait to share it with you. It was a real dream come true to capture moments both in maternity and newborn, while also doing some filming and creating something for them to watch and reminisce the growth and newness of it all.
