While these last 2 weeks have been rough I have had some beauty in between the pain. While I am working on coming back online myself from everything I need to express gratitude where it is due.
From the moment my world came crashing down on August 16th, I have been surrounded with nothing but love and support. I have had people reach out to me everyday making sure I was okay, making sure I was taken care of as I went on auto pilot mentally and physically. These people did all that they could knowing they were states between myself and them. That love truly has kept me going in a time where darkness should have consumed me and still can. The words and amongst the actions that I have recieved in the last two weeks I am blessed to have you all in my life and was shown how abundant life truly is.
For those that I met along in this journey from the first plane ride to FL, to the hotel, to the restaurants. Thank you for giving me grace and compassion as total strangers when you didnt have to. It shows that there really are kind people in this world. I am thankful the universe aligned our paths the way they did or I might have struggled to see the beauty in all this.
To those who have physically come checked on me or even and have just spent time with me. Your presence has helped me feel not so alone in this process. You showing up has helped me keep showing up for myself when I have been pretty lost on how to keep moving forward.
The biggest person who saw me through this entire thing physically was my Auntie Paula. She watched me crumble and fall apart but she was also my strength when I didn't feel like I could get through what I needed to. She was able to go to FL with me extremely last minute and thanks to her husband my Uncle got her on the same flights with me heading to FL and got us our tickets home. I dont know what I would have done if I would have had to navigate the last week alone.
For those that helped in the background I am thankful for you guys as well. From my neighbors and family that helped with my animals. To those that have brought me food and gotten me food. My grandma helped out in the background making sure my Aunt and I were eating and having fun to take our minds off of things.
I truly am extremely grateful for the continued love and support I do have. Even in the pain of losing my son. My heart is full of love and gratitude 💜✨️
