I love first touches, prayers, looks, letters, etc. Any quick moment before the ceremony begins. It reigns in the emotions and allows the couple to just truly be together and focus on the sacrament they are about to share in together.

Entering into Holy Week with fresh perspective. Going to the was not just a content day. It was about refocusing what's important in my every day life and how I want to see that reflected in the business.

If you have checked out our website recently, we did a super soft relaunch on our brand identity with a heavier focus on our faith. Everything we do, is to glorify Him. We thought, I thought, it was about time to make that change reflected in the business.

5years married this year has me in all the feels for when I'm working with our couples. 💕 I love the little details, the truly small moments, every side glance, and especially the views of the Black Hills.

There's no place I would rather be than the middle of the woods, by a lake or creek, next to my husband. This engagement session for Ashley and Joe has me wanting to pack up a tent and sit by a fire for a week... or a month 🤷🏼‍♀️

I never want to hear Isaac ask me why editing takes so long 😂😂

One night we decided it would be fun to have him edit a photo from scratch. I had to help guide him to the tools in and since he's never been in the programs before, but the amount of time he spent with this ONE photo was obnoxious. I swear we were at the kitchen table for more than an hour after the kids went to bed.
•
Anyone curious what his photo vs what my final version looked like!? It was a fun experiment for sure, but I won't be spending much more time with him as the editing lead. I'll let Isaac stick to being our videographer and culling manager post-wedding. 😅 Love ya, hun!
