A garden and a marriage have more in common than you might think…🪴🌷

Both ask you to show up when nothing is blooming. Both reward patience over perfection. Both become something extraordinary when tended with decades of quiet, consistent love. The man who owns Froggsong Gardens on Vashon Island, Steve, has done exactly that for over 50 years. Cole and Alex chose his garden to begin theirs, and I cannot think of a more perfect place for them to say I do. 🥹🪴 The sun was out, the birds were chirping, and the day was so beautiful. 🤍

Coming back to Froggsong after almost 8 years felt like its own kind of full circle. This was one of the first venues I ever second shot at in 2018, when I was just starting out and still finding my footing as a wedding photographer. A lot has grown since then. 🥹

Lil studio update! I’ve had so many people ask me where I’m at with this so just wanted to share.

I get the keys June 1st! I’ve been brainstorming what I want to do with the space, and I’m really excited to be able to get in there soon! Once I’m able to, I’ll be hosting a little open house just to celebrate and for people to come check out the space.

Along with that, I’ll be posting some promotional offerings for sessions 🥹🤍

My first full wedding of the summer came in swinging 🌿🥹 We laughed until we cried, cried until we danced, and danced until we forgot what day it was. Lakewold Gardens in full bloom, Mamma Mia on the speakers, q***r joy pouring out of every corner of that garden 🌸

Chaella & Sarah, you’ve both been a dream! I’m so happy I got to witness all the love that surrounds you both. 🤍
