Made my weekly rainbow salad 🌈🥗.
Since I started making this, my body craves it!
I’ve been trying to eat and add more colorful vegetables for me and my family, this is such an easy way to get so much variety in one bowl.
Different colors = different nutrients, so it’s a simple way to support overall health.
Honestly, I didn’t think it would be this quick!
