TristaMooneyPhotography is moving to Omaha, Nebraska!!

Sioux Falls has been my home for 22 years. I’ve created such a fulfilling life here; it hurts to leave. The friends I have made through photography are people I can’t wait to grow with even from a distance.

I’ve created and built this business by hand for the past 3 years. I can honestly say that it’s something I am insanely proud of. But I couldn’t have done it without those who took on my free sessions at the beginning and STILL chose to trust the process (thank goodness).

The why: the short story is that Omaha has the best opportunities for my partner, Ethan, and me to grow. We are at the point in our lives where we are looking for something more permanent (we are overly exhausted after moving around for the past 4 years lol). I am planning to work full-time and keep photography part-time just as I am right now.

Sessions will continue as normal through the end of August, with the move fully happening in September. All clients who this may affect have been emailed, so be sure to check your inbox.

The future of TristaMooneyPhotography is a little vague, but I’m okay with that. I feel confident with this move because I will have the support of those around me to help me rebuild in a new city. I am in the process of planning seasonal mini sessions in Sioux Falls for those who want to continue booking with me without the worry of paying a travel fee. I am continuing to take ALL wedding clients wherever you may live!!

I love you all deeply and am so thankful for this journey, but it has only just started, and I cannot wait to see where it takes me!
