Being surrounded by this much artistic creativity is so inspiring.

I wanted to bring some dance into this concept, and adding the pointe shoes changed the whole feel of it. A little edgy ballerina moment in the middle of all that color and chaos.

Rachel was so beautiful in this space. She gave me so much to work with!
Some soft. Some dramatic. Some a little unexpected.

I could have kept shooting this all day.

This location completely overwhelmed me in the best way. There is so much to take in and every turn is a new discovery.

It’s full of whimsy and artistic detail in every inch of the space. We were free to just roam, explore, and create.

I wanted to take a familiar location and make it feel completely different.

This whole shoot started with the dress. I wanted to play with movement, light, and a little bit of fantasy, and let the rest build from there.

The road, the rocks, the sun, the wind, and that dress gave us exactly the kind of contrast I was hoping for.

Loved getting to know Josh and his mom, and he made my job pretty easy. Completely comfortable in front of the camera from the start.

Such a fun first session, and just the beginning. Looking forward to documenting more of his senior year as it unfolds.
