It’s not always cameras, mountain summits and pretty sunsets.

Last week, I traded the camera for a chainsaw and headed to southern Colorado to help with tree work in the aftermath of the Aspen Acres Fire. I came home with a hell of a lot of respect for the people and community working through the devastation, and a reminder that sometimes you just put your head down, get to work and keep moving forward.

Nothing beats a summer day on the trails around Silverthorne. Grateful to have one of my photos featured by the Town of Silverthorne, CO from a shoot above town with Nick Slaton. If you're looking for your next hike, they've rounded up some great local trails!

Silverthorne is surrounded by the Gore Range Mountains, the White River National Forest, and the Eagles Nest Wilderness and Ptarmigan Wilderness areas, making it an ideal destination to hit the trail. Find some of our favorite hiking trails at the link below.

Some weddings require a venue. Others require Jeeps.

When a couple tells me their wedding day involves Jeeps, a high alpine lake, sunrise, and a little adventure, I'm all in.

This Colorado elopement outside of Alma started long before daylight as we made our way up a rugged mountain road to a remote alpine lake. Surrounded by a handful of their closest family and friends, these two exchanged vows as the first light hit the peaks.

Adventurous, intimate, and completely their own.

What a winter it was, despite what the naysayers said! Plenty of stoke, lots of laps, and questionable amounts of energy. Here’s some proof of what went down at Copper this past season.

Condensing a whole season into a short recap is an extreme sports of its own... anyway, it happened. Edited and captured mostly by yours truly, alongside a few assists from the Copper team and Curtis DeVore.

Big shoutout to the athletes, ski/snowboard models I worked alongside, employees, and guests that helped make all of this possible.
