🚨 The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

I have been more careful when posting images of minors lately - which has meant that I have had less exposure and less traction on my page. However, I would never put anyone knowingly into a situation that I wouldn't want my own family in.

Therefore, I will no longer be posting any sessions I have with minors involved, including High School Seniors.

I have culled all of my albums here on FB and Insta, and have taken down all images with identifiable minors in them.

Does this hurt my business? Probably, but I'd rather be chosen as a photographer because of my concern for safety for my clients over being a popular page on social media.
