Well… what can I say. This senior session was exactly what I needed for my creative soul and silly spirit. The fall photography season is kind of a grind. Not gonna lie. I’m tired.

Jackson Wayne Hubert came with some great ideas thanks to a little William Dafoe inspo. We laughed, we cried, we did cartwheels…

This sesh made me think about how much fun I used to have with my photography students. We were always up to some shenanigans. The levitation project was always a hit. I was happy to step back into those old photoshop ways.

Jack is the last Hubert kid I get to make senior pictures for. I can’t believe he is a senior. Life is fast. I’m so thankful for all of these kiddos I’ve gotten to watch grow up.

Life is good.

💛
I felt inspired this morning to do a little lettering and play around with gold foil. This wasn’t a reminder for myself, I know I am good at loving! (Have you met me? I probably freaking love you, man). This card was inspired by a whole lotta people who I know are so good at loving. 🫶🏻

🍑
what a trip!
I’m so physically and emotionally exhausted in the best way. I met so many lovely people and yet somehow didn’t meet enough. My curiosity and creativity cup is overflowing. I didn’t take enough pictures. I can’t wait for next year. I need a nap. Thank you for bringing me along. Thank you for creating something so impactful. Thank you new friends for being my new friends 🫶🏻

It’s a good, good life.

folks.
