Football is back! 🐾

What. A. Week.

Nearly 1,000 athletes photographed in the last several days — multiple 10–12 hour days spent entirely behind the camera, bouncing between gyms, fields, and every corner of both Shelby & Ontario Schools. I’m sunburned, exhausted, and honestly… incredibly grateful.

Being entrusted to capture these moments for your kids is something I never take lightly. Thank you to both districts for bringing me in as your photographer.

And the wild part?
Photographing was the easy part.
Now it’s on to sorting, editing, and lots of creating from over 2,500 images.

I’m a one‑woman show behind the scenes, so thank you in advance for your patience as I work through everything and get your galleries turned around. I promise I’m giving each athlete the attention they deserve.

If you’re looking for me this coming week, you’ll find me either in the gym or out on the fields — fall sports season is in full swing and BUSY.

Coaches should have already sent — or will be sending very soon — your registration links for picture day. This is new this year, and every parent must register BEFORE picture day. It takes less than 30 seconds and will automatically notify you as soon as your athlete’s photos are ready. Please remember: all athletes need their photos taken, as these images are used by the local newspaper, athletic department, and school yearbook.

I know some of you had trouble registering the other day. I’m going to try again to post the link in the comments, but Facebook is causing issues with it and marking it as spam and causing errors. If the link doesn’t work, copy and paste it into your browser and it should work. You can also go to my website — www.ridenourphotography.com — and click “Register Here.” Again, it must be done outside of Facebook. You can also wait for your coach’s link if that’s easier.

Thanks again for rolling with the chaos of fall sports season, as well as your continued support and patience! I’m excited to capture your athletes this week! Go Whippets & Go Warriors!
