Siegel Family | Sneak Peek

This family. ❤ I’ve photographed this family since Evie was a little babe and I’m honored to watch Chris and Dana raise her and her little sister Aubree. This year, Dana and Chris invited Chris’ parents to join in on the fun… and fun it was! First of all, Chris' parents aren’t just grandma and grandpa. They have the most unique “grandparents names” — Goonka and Buppa! 🥰 How incredibly cute! And the bond between Aubree and her grandpa is unmatched… she LOVES that man, and it so special to see! Evie continues to impress me with being the best big sister, doing everything she could to crack a smile from miss Aubree. 😍

Thank you, Siegel family, for trusting me with your family photos! ❤

Richards Family | Sneak Peek

As I have written before, this family holds a special place in my heart. ❤ They were one of the first families to book me and take a chance on me years ago. Charlie was just a little guy and now I have had the pleasure of watching him grow (and lose a lot of teeth over the years!) and now, become a young man. He is officially taller than me! 😂 I love to see Beth and Jay’s love for their little man. They have so much fun and so many inside jokes between the three of them… they are truly the three musketeers.

Thank you, Richards family, for trusting me to capture your family photos this year!

Sneak Peek | Edbauer Family ❤️

This super cute family was one of the first to ever book me for a family session... YEARS ago! I was so excited to see them again as Evelyn and Luke have grown into adorable little kids with such sweet personalities. The whole fam were serious troopers as we battled SO many mosquitos but we had so much fun running around together.

Thank you, Edbauer Family for allowing me to capture the love between the four of you.

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Jacob & Emily Meicher!

What an absolutely perfect wedding day for Emily and Jake! The bride and groom shared a first look on the beach of Lake Michigan a few hours before their ceremony… it was so sweet to see Jake nervously prepare to see his future wife for the first time while Emily’s bridesmaids peeked through the trees to watch the romantic moment unfold.

A little bit of rain (which is good luck!) brought their ceremony inside, the love could not be mistaken during their thoughtful ceremony. Their pastor spoke of all they have been through while planning a wedding during the pandemic and how they must continue to lean on each other to get through life’s challenges.

After they were finally announced Mr. and Mrs., the skies cleared and guests were able to enjoy the lawn of the beautiful Yacht Club, nestled on the shore of Lake Michigan, with sailboats masts towering above. What a gorgeous backdrop to start the night’s fun! A delicious meal was had, touching speeches were delivered, and the special dances were shared. Once the DJ began, the dance floor was absolutely packed with family and friends of all ages. It was truly an unforgettable night!

Jake and Emily, thank you so much for letting us be a part of your special day. We wish you so much love and happiness! Check out Photos by Ciera for more sneak peeks!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Willman!

Saturday’s wedding was truly unforgettable! The day began at the gorgeous St. Mary’s Church decorated with beautiful flowers from Petal Pusher Floral Boutique. MacKenzie and her girls were busy getting their final touches ready as Matt and his groomsmen were learning to fold pocket squares across the building. 😉

Finally the moment arrived for MacKenzie and her dad to make their way down the aisle. Matt took one last deep breath and tears filled his eyes as they met his bride-to-be. Matt could not have looked happier.

The thoughtful mass dedicated to their marriage was beautiful. The priest delivered a meaningful homily on how marriages during this time will be some of the strongest we will ever see. And that the grace and perseverance that these couples have had to exemplify will be second to none.

Shortly after the ceremony, the bridal party headed to a local park to take some portraits and of course, to have some fun! Even Indy, Matt and MacKenzie’s sweet 11-month-old puppy joined in!

After tons of laughs and a few close calls of groomsmen antics, the bridal party made their way to The Ravine Banquet Hall to ring in the evening!

Later in the evening, four special speeches marked the beginning of the evening; one by Taylor, the sweet sister of the bride and maid of honor, another by Danny, brother of the groom and best man, and of course Matt and Kenzie’s fathers both delivered sweet speeches honoring their children.

Kenzie and Matt, thank you so much for letting Photos by Ciera and me be part of your amazing day. You can’t find two sweeter people to share life together. We wish you nothing but love and happiness!

Sneak Peek | Becca + Chuck ❤️

It was super fun to catch up with Becca and Chuck to celebrate their one year anniversary, just a few months late. We were honored to capture their May 2019 wedding, a beautiful spring day at the Botanical Gardens. A year and a few months later, we met up at the breathtaking Fonferek Glen — looking just perfect for autumn with tons of golden and orange hues.

Thank you, Becca and Chuck, it was an absolute pleasure to photograph you during this romantic sunset! 🥰

Sneak Peek | Siegel Family ❤️

I have been lucky enough to photograph this family a few times over the last few years. The first time when little Evie was just a baby and this time, I was so delighted to meet their newest addition, Aubree! You can’t help but smile when watching this little family interact. You can tell Dana and Chris adore their sweet little girls… and how could they not? They are simply adorable!

We did get to witness an exciting feat for this family. Little Aubree took some of her first few steps while I was snapping away!

Siegel fam, thank you so much for letting me capture this moment in your family’s story! 🥰

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Graham! ❤️

What a day filled with joy! Macala and Tom met due to the fact that they both grew up on dairy farms. So it only felt right that they began their life together as husband and wife on Macala’s family farm, high up in the rolling hills, overlooking a gorgeous fall wonderland. A tiny baby calf even greeted guests, who arrived on a wagon no less! The entire day seemed like it was right out of a movie. 🥰

After a pair of vows were recited, Macala and Tom shared in a kiss to seal the deal! Now it was time to celebrate the new married couple! The bride and groom took a few moments to soak up the scenery and had some fun with their bridal party — and of course the baby calf! The entire party took the wagon ride down to the barns where Macala grew up. We made sure to snap some photos in front of this special place.

As the party began at the picturesque Keyes Peak Lodge, family and friends gathered to welcome the happy couple for the very first time. The bride meticulously decorated the entire lodge for floor to ceiling, illuminated with soft twinkle lights. It was the perfect setting to celebrate!

Macala and Tom, thank you for allowing Photos by Ciera and I to be a small party of your beautiful day. It was a pleasure to witness your love and we wish you nothing but love and happiness! Congratulations! 🥰

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Twardowskil! ❤️

Lauren and Alex truly had the most perfect fall wedding day on the top of Keyes Peak Ski Hill. The technicolor leaves painted the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. As Lauren’s sweet dad led her down the aisle, Alex could not contain his excitement… he was beaming from ear to ear. In front of family and friends, Alex and Lauren shared their touching vows and finally sealed their nuptials with a kiss! 🥰

It was time to celebrate the new husband and wife! The couple and their bridal party took a bus ride to a few local hot spots like an old school train station (so cool!) to have some fun and capture a few portraits.

Soon enough it was time to return to their wedding guests at the cozy Keyes Peak Lodge. Candles, String lights, and eucalyptus illuminated the gorgeous space, inviting guests to unwind and share in the magical evening. The sweet maid of honor and best man delivered beautiful speeches honoring the bride and groom, special dances were shared, and the delicious cake was cut!

Lauren and Alex, it was a honor to be a part of your very special wedding day. Thank you for including Photos by Ciera and me in your day. We wish you nothing but a love and happiness as you two grow old together. Congratulations! 🥰

Congratulations to the brand new Mr. and Mrs. Alek and Shelby Haag! 💕

✨ Saturday's wedding was a gorgeous late summer day. It all began at the exquisite St. Barbara’s Catholic Church where the bridal party gathered to prepare for the big day. After Shelby and her friends shared a few sweet moments together, it was time for the ceremony! As Shelby walked down the gorgeous aisle, you could easily tell how smitten Alek was. He couldn’t help from smiling as he met her down the aisle and walked arm-in-arm to the altar.

After the touching vows and beautiful hymns, they were officially husband and wife! The bridal party headed out for some fun on a family friend’s farm. Rolling hills, majestic horses and red barns… it was truly a scene from a movie. Shelby and Alek were able to sneak away to enjoy a few minutes to themselves, to take in the spectacular view, and commit the moment to memory. What a magical place to begin their life together!

Once at the reception, guests dined on delicious BBQ from Smokler’s, delectable gourmet cupcakes, and danced the night away! ❤️️

Shelby and Alek, thank you for allowing Photos by Ciera and me to photograph your wedding. It was truly an honor to be included in your very special day. We wish you nothing but love and happiness!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Matt and Caitlin Gabriel! ❤️

Saturday’s wedding was one unforgettable day. While Caitlin and Matt’s Plan A fell through in light of current circumstances, Plan B was more than incredible. Their day began at their very own cozy home in Allouez, with their adorable kitten, Lucky, not far from Caitlin’s side. Bridesmaids were busy getting ready and you could feel the anticipation for the church bells to ring just a few hours later.

Just down the street at Caitlin’s childhood parish, Matt, with his friends and parents, waited on his perfect match. You could definitely say an identical anticipation was in the air. He was so excited to see his bride! So much so that he couldn’t contain the tears from welling up as he watched her walk down the aisle later that day.

Caitlin looked perfect as her doting dad, Pat, led her down the aisle. Her dress was stunning, but what truly made her wedding ensemble was her heirloom cathedral veil which was worn by her sweet late mother, Sharon on her own wedding day. Although Sharon was not at the wedding physically, you could feel her presence in every moment. Caitlin’s thoughtful sister-in-law, Sarah, even had a photo of Sharon and Caitlin sewn into Caitlin’s wedding dress.

Vows were exchanged and the deal was sealed… it was time to celebrate the new husband and wife! The couple and their bridal party took a trolley ride to St. Norbert to have some fun and capture a few portraits. Another fun fact: Caitlin’s parents had their wedding photos taken on campus, too! This bridal party *really* knew how to have fun… the laughter was absolutely contagious!

Soon enough it was time to return to their wedding guests at Caitlin’s father’s house. Just three weeks ago, Matt and Caitlin made the decision to move their wedding plans to Caitlin’s childhood home backyard. And I could not think of a more special venue! String lights, candles and flowers illuminated the gorgeous green space, inviting guests to unwind and share in the magical evening. There certainly was not a dry eye after the touching speeches given by Caitlin’s father, maid of honor Gina and best men Clarence and Erik. Matt and Caitlin are some of the sweetest, most genuine people you will ever meet and it was apparent from what their loved ones had to share about them. An evening of dancing soon began with special dances between the newlyweds, Matt and his mom, and Caitlin and her father.

Caitlin and Matt, it was truly an honor to be a small part of your very special day. Photos by Ciera and I wish you nothing but the best in life and love. We can’t wait to see you two grow old together. Congratulations! 🥰
