The name Glass comes from my grandparents. It’s a name that holds a special place in my heart.

And Roots represents something just as meaningful—our family land, the place where our family has put down roots and where generations of memories have been made.

For me, photography has always been about more than taking pretty pictures. It’s about preserving the people we love, the seasons of life we never want to forget, and the little moments that become treasured memories.

That’s what Glass Roots Portraits means to me.

It’s a connection to where I come from and a reminder of why I do what I do—to create photographs that become part of your family’s story and can be passed down for generations.

So while the name may be changing, the heart behind my photography isn’t. ❤️

I’m still the same photographer who loves capturing genuine connection, personality, laughter, love, and all of those beautifully imperfect moments that make your family yours.

Personal post::
The last couple weeks have been filled with watching my son graduate from AIT and become an Apache helicopter repairer, finally getting pictures of him and Bryce in their uniforms, and spending quality time with him before he leaves for Hawaii. So proud of what he has accomplished, but my momma heart isn’t ready to let him go again.
