SOLD!! Well everyone, after a lot of debating I could not give up any of the design OR color of this piece of fused glass. SOOO I made my own mold out of what we call a silk mat and I made a tray that could be a low rise bowl. That way All the beauty of this glass is not interrupted with folds and curves. AND I think it turned out a little like the unusally shaped pottery I used to make. Did I choose correctly?

First firing done. Trying to figure out whether to mold it into a vase or a bowl or something else. Any thoughts?

This piece that just came out of the kiln. It is thicker than most. Votive candle holder. I made this glass myself :) by choosing several different colors of glass stacked and melted it through a screen into a flat mold. It made such a cool design with the colors. Then I draped it over a vase mold.
