Logan Westom Photography Telling the stories and capturing the moments of the best thing in the world; People. Seattle and International Wedding Photographer www.loganwestom.com

20 years from now when you are married sitting on the porch of your house watching the sunset and thinking back on your life you will be thinking about three of the most important things in life. This is what weddings and wedding photography is truly about. The people in your life, the stories of everything happening around them, and the special moments that deserve to to come to live in a photogr

aph. Every wedding I photograph is completely different then the next. Each wedding is full of unique and caring people who create the story of the wedding. Never knowing what those stories are going to be and being surprised about every spectacular moment after moment. When I photograph a wedding my mission is to photograph the people closest to you and tell every story of your wedding day. 20 years from now you wont care about your beautiful flowers or the awesome table spreads your picked out for you guest to eat that fantastic meal on. This is what matters. You’ll care most about the moment a tear rolled down your fathers cheek as gives you away to the best person on earth. The moment your brides maids hug you so tight after the ceremony because they feel like they were losing a friend but soon after realize your friendship are stronger then ever. The moment you favorite uncle has one to many drinks and is the life of the dance floor. The moment your new mother in law welcomes you into here family the open arms of a caring hug. The moments you never see coming and the moments that you never even see. And especially the first moment you see the person you are about to spend the rest of your life and everything in the world becomes secondary. I believe that people are the best thing in the world and the moments in their lives are the most important things that need to be photographed.

10 years ago, yesterday, I worked the last day at my day job to purse photography full time. I can’t believe so many years have gone by. I’m thankful everyday I get to call this my job. It’s never lost on me that I get to take photos for a living.

I would not be here without all the clients that have trusted me over the years. I’m incredibly thankful to each one and everyone supporting me over the years. Especially who has believed in me from the beginning and is always my biggest supporter. Here’s to another 10+ years!

Below are photos in order from 2016 - 2026. It’s been amazing to look back over the last 10 years. Honestly some of these weddings feel like they were yesterday.

A year ago I took these maternity photos at Cannon Beach, two months before our baby girl was born.

This was just one of five or six different photoshoots we did over the course of her pregnancy. Five or six more photoshoots than Allie would have wanted. Especially this one, considering how cold this day was in December. That is how she always is, super supportive of my creative vision.

This was my favorite shoot of them all, as it was at the same location as our first trip together, where we got engaged, and married. Allie even had the idea to reuse her cape she wore on our wedding day.

Swipe to see TWO flower girls helping the bride carry her veil.

Yes there are two flowers girls in the photos. You just need to look closely in the middle of the photo to see one hidden under the veil.

Black and white photos strip the world to its bones, where light and shadow speak without decoration. Faces, places, and gestures become eternal, untouched by the noise of time. In their quiet contrast, truth feels closer—simple, unguarded, and impossibly alive.
