Khirni & Mahua 🌼 were two of the ancient fruit delicacies I discovered when I was in Ahmedabad; was so lucky her kitchen faced a beautiful big Mahua tree.
She dries them under the sun/heat for future use like raisins in a porridge or in her granola.

Have you noticed how our bodies easily get used to a warmer weather and with the mildest drop on temperatures we again get cold?.....or maybe it's just me 🙃 that I love the Sun so much and anything sunless and below 65°F (18°C) requires a jacket 🤷🏽‍♀️. So quite naturally I am still on hot porridge mornings.

My only way to salad is with cooked wholegrain and greens, then all other colors can be added 🙃

The last stop of my visit to India was Jaipur to discover new things in many different ways and to visit a friend. Jaipur is full of color, although known as the pink city, there's so much more color and art to be seen, little corners that I wouldn't have found if it wasn't for friends that took me or guided me there.
Jaipur was just as kind as Ahmedabad...with good food and friends treating me again like family 🥹. Thank you .batra.908 for everything 🙏🏽.
