Third in an ongoing study of water and light.

When was the last time you sat and looked at a stream. More importantly, when was the last time you sat and listed to it. Really listened, to the point of not hearing anything else around you. Art is one way to we can shut ourselves off from the world and escape to the stream for a few minutes every day.

As a creative, don't forget to take time for yourself. It is so easy to be distracted by the immediate and not do anything to "feed" yourself. Life shouldn't be lived that way. Create, because you love to do so. Not because you have to.
