Such vibrant colors! I’m enjoying photographing bees so much that I’ve decided to start learn their names and habits. I’m already overwhelmed by the plethora of information available and by just how many types of bees exhist! This sweat bee of the genus Agapostemon is very common in North American.

I love that there’s always something to photograph! Now that I’ve been photographing professionally for many many years, I realize how much I’ve learned by practicing ‘after hours’. A big shout out to all my friends, family, pets and that have endured me pointing the camera at them & continue to be the best subjects a gal could want.

Having so much fun with my new 😊!
These honeybees are so cool to see close up. They move so fast from flower to flower you can only get a good look at them when frozen in pixels. I’m grateful they enjoy the flowering oregano that is taking over my yard. Stay tuned for more including some from my visit to farm…
